The website itself collects no personal information. It provides no means of doing so.

No cookies are set, no analytics are run, and no advertising, session-recording or tracking technologies are present. The site loads no content from third parties. Nothing is stored in your browser. There is no contact form and no registration of any kind.

This website is delivered by third-party hosting infrastructure. As is the case with any web server, that infrastructure records the requests it receives, including:

• ›The date and time of the request
• ›The page or file requested
• ›The user-agent string supplied by the browser
• ›An approximate geographic region, derived from the IP address

Because an IP address may identify an individual, this processing is disclosed here notwithstanding that the website itself sets no identifiers of its own.

We do not receive these raw logs and have no facility to search them. What is available to us is aggregate statistical information — request volumes, pages served, error rates and approximate geographic distribution — which does not identify individual visitors and is not combined with any other source. Our providers retain the underlying records for a limited period, under their own privacy policies and retention schedules, for security and operational purposes. Details of the providers engaged are available to clients and prospective clients on request.

This website publishes email addresses rather than contact forms. Any message you send carries the information you choose to include in it, which typically comprises your name, your email address, your organisation and your account of the matter you are writing about.

Mail to inquiry@arkamind.com is delivered to and stored by a third-party business email provider. We retain correspondence for as long as the enquiry or the resulting working relationship warrants, and we do not add correspondents to marketing lists.

Messages encrypted to our PGP key are stored by that provider as ciphertext. The key and its fingerprint are published at /pgp.txt and in security.txt, so that correspondence may be encrypted before it leaves your machine. Anonymous vulnerability reports are accepted and will be reviewed.

Appointments are arranged through a third-party scheduling service, Cal.com. That service is linked from this website and is not embedded within it: no content from the scheduling provider is loaded on these pages, and it therefore receives no information about your visit here. Should you follow the link and book an appointment, the details you enter there are provided to that service and are subject to its privacy policy in addition to this one.

Information collected through arkamind.com is not sold, and is not shared for advertising purposes. We do not profile visitors to this site, construct audience segments, enrich contact records against third-party data brokers, or transfer personal information to any marketing platform.

Some browsers transmit a “Do Not Track” signal. This website does not track visitors over time or across third-party websites, and accordingly does not alter its behaviour in response to such a signal; there is no tracking for it to disable.

No third party collects personal information about visitors’ online activities through this website.

Information handled in the course of an engagement — including findings, credentials issued to us, and data observed within systems we are authorised to examine — is governed by the engagement contract and its confidentiality provisions rather than by this policy. Those terms are agreed in writing before any work commences.

You may write to inquiry@arkamind.com to ask what information we hold about you, to ask that it be corrected, or to ask that it be deleted. We will act on such a request whether or not we are legally obligated to do so, and no form is required.

There are no user accounts on this website, and accordingly no credentials of yours are held by us.
